- Differentiate and develop management expertise and leadership competencies that promote innovation, excellence, transformational thinking, and sustainability
- Discussion and analysis of barriers and challenges inherent in leadership
- Creation of a leadership toolbox to improve individual and organizational responsibility, performance, and accountability, as well as strategies to lead in a complex and changing environment
- Identification and implementation of leadership strategies applicable for leading locally, regionally, and on a global scale
