The JWWLDI curriculum is developed, facilitated, and taught by a dynamic, innovative, and creative team of leader professionals who introduce both didactic and experiential expertise to leadership development. Additionally, community leaders, guest lecturers, and presenters will be invited to share fresh and real-life experiences with participants throughout the year.

Curriculum Objectives:

• Differentiate and develop management expertise and leadership competencies that promote innovation, excellence, transformational thinking, and sustainability
• Discussion and analysis of barriers and challenges inherent in leadership
• Creation of a leadership toolbox to improve individual and organizational responsibility, performance, and accountability, as well as strategies to lead in a complex and changing environment
• Identification and implementation of leadership strategies applicable for leading locally, regionally, and on a global scale
